Beasley Forest Products can produces over 500 Dragline Mats a day from mixed hardwoods or 100% oak (Hardwood Mats). Beasley Forest Products has the ability to produce 5 ft. wide Dragline Mats; however its standard Dragline Mats are 4 ft. wide. Beasley Forest Products uses 1” bolts stamped with the company logo to fasten its Dragline Mats. The nuts and washers are countersunk into the Dragline Mats. The ends of the Dragline Mats are coated with a protective sealant to help prevent splitting and checking. Beasley Forest Products produces Dragline Mats with minimal wane, but can also produce Dragline Mats that meet the wane requirements of the customer. Beasley Forest Products uses 3/4” cables and clamps in their dragline mats.
