Beasley Forest Products produces over 500 digging mats a day from mixed hardwoods or 100% oak (Hardwood Mats). Beasley Forest Products has the ability to produce 5 foot wide digging mats; however its standard digging mats are 4 foot wide. Beasley Forest Products uses 1” bolts stamped with the company logo to fasten its digging mats. The nuts and washers are countersunk into the digging mats. The ends of the digging mats are coated with a protective sealant to help prevent splitting and checking. Beasley Forest Products produces digging mats with minimal wane, but can also produce digging mats that meet the wane requirements of the customer.
